Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Soothr app and the soothr.net website, made by ScreenApp Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”).

In short

Soothr doesn’t collect any personal data. There’s no account, no sign-up, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. The app works offline and doesn’t send anything to us or anyone else.

What stays on your phone

To remember how you like it, the app keeps these on your phone only:

None of this leaves your phone. We can’t see it. If your phone is backed up to iCloud or your computer, the backup may include it, under your own Apple settings.

What we don’t collect

We don’t collect your name, email, location, contacts, device identifiers or usage data. Soothr doesn’t use the microphone, the camera or any other permission. It doesn’t contain third-party code that collects data.

If you’ve chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone’s settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports. Apple controls that choice, and the reports don’t identify you.

This website

soothr.net uses no cookies, analytics or trackers. It’s hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard request information, such as your network address and browser, to deliver and protect the site. We don’t use it to identify or follow you.

If you email us

If you write to [email protected], we use your address and message only to reply, and keep them only as long as we need to help you.

Children

Soothr is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Deleting your data

Everything is on your phone, so deleting the app deletes it all. How to delete your data.

Changes

If we ever add something that sends data from the app, such as anonymous usage counts, we’ll update this policy and the App Store and Google Play privacy details before that version is released.
