Delete your Soothr data

Soothr, by ScreenApp Pty Ltd, has no account and keeps nothing on our servers. Everything it remembers is on your phone, so you can delete it all yourself, at any time.

On iPhone

1. Touch and hold the Soothr icon on your Home Screen.
2. Tap “Remove App”, then “Delete App”.

Or go to Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Soothr and tap “Delete App”.

On Android

Go to Settings → Apps → Soothr, then tap “Uninstall”. To keep the app but start afresh, tap Storage → Clear storage instead.

What’s deleted

Your settings, favourites, scene adjustments, session history and morning check-in answers. Nothing is kept anywhere else, because nothing was ever sent to us.

Only some of it

Favourites: press and hold a scene, or tap its star in Browse. A scene’s adjustments: open Tune and tap “Reset”.

Emails

If you’ve written to us and want those emails deleted, ask at [email protected]. We delete them within 7 days.
